Storage Guide:

The best way to store dried chives is by keeping them at a temperature of at least -18 degrees Celsius at a relative humidity of less than 60% that aids in acquiring a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. These need to be stored in the original container in an unopened condition in a place completely away from sunlight or direct light.
